After experimenting with corn and potato starch, corn star is no good. But since I exhausted my supply or corn starch, I know a few tings, still workable as a fleshlight.
A fastfood plastic cup is about 500 ml, I add 8 to 10 scoops of corn starch, 2 tsp each scoop. I think it's 15 ml per tsp, so theres 240 to 300 ml of starch. The easy way is add cold water to starch, stir thoroughly to dissolve completely, and then heat it while stirring. At the end it will be a very very thick cream. I think there's a saturation point where the cream can't get any thicker no matter how many starch or how long you heat.
Pour the stuff into a cup and put a PVC pipe your size in the middle of the cup, all the way to the bottom. Wrap the pipe first with cling film to cover the pipe opening, and make it easier to take out the pipe.
Cool for 30 min or much longer. You can reheat using the microwave when use.
I think the bonding of corn starch is not as strong as potato starch. So for corn starch you get a paste or solid. The solid breaks into pieces when you squeeze it.
I think potato starch is better - it remains flexible, and do not break into pieces when you squeeze. But I didn't do as much experiment as corn. That's pretty amazing as the fleshlight is a pipe like structure (although supported at the outside by a plastic cup), it has to stay in one piece when you abuse it, and have to be flexible and soft!

Starch fleshlight properties
My I used up my potato starch. I tried corn starch properly, and the properties was indeed different.
I used 3.7 to 1, water to corn starch ratio by volume. It is the standard corn starch from supermarkets. I used cold water as stirring in hot water is very uneven. I boil the water in the microwave after.
The fleshlight cracked when I removed the PVC pipe in the middle. Corn in more brittle than potato starch. The feeling is good. But the fleshlight kept splitting into pieces.
Potato starch remains sticky even when splitting up into pieces, and the paste is very good for a thick and satisfying lubrication. Corn starch isn't as sticky, and so more easily broken into pieces.
I'm going to make paste the traditional way, simmering in the stove.

Hot and sticky
I downloaded a porn movie. I checked out what it is and it turned me on. I hurried up to make a potato starch light. I checked out the movie some more. I cut out the best bit with avidemux and looped it. The starchlight wasn't ready yet. But anyway I had a go at it.
The hot and sticky starch feels so good. The problem is that it just flow out when you pump. But gliding into and out of the warm and sticky mess almost made me cum. I finally finished with my hand. But the difference is that the thick warm starch became the lubrication. It was very good. It was thick and slippery so you can squeeze hard and jerk hard at the end. Because the dick is an uneven piece of equipment, you can't please every part without thick lube. It beats any lub, by sheer volume, temperature. Of course, don't use it in pussies.
I drilled a hole at the end of the plastic cup to pass the air in use so the thing will not be noisy. To put water in it I stack it on another cup. It do not work well with hot water because the uneven distribution of starch will be worsen by trapping something between the two cups.
Add starch to hot water (200F) isn't a good idea after all. Obviously the starch will be uneven. You have to stir it well. This time I used the 1" pipe to stir which is too thick to be good and made a mess.
I never gave up on starch because I knew a warm sticky paste will be good if only for lube. It's worthwhile to make a harder outer light and use a thinner paste as the lube - and warm. Looking forward to experimenting next time.

Starch Fleshlight success
Finally, I did it. I used potato starch, but corn starch will be similar. Add starch gradually into hot water, 208F to be exact. Stir and dissolve. Add starch until mixture is very thick and do not dissolve starch powder anymore. The ratio will be between 5:1 to 5:2 by volume of water to starch.
The cup I use is 3 inch diameter, flexible plastic cup from fast food joints. I put a 1" PVC tube for water in the middle of the cup, for the tunnel for my cock. Microwave the cup and tube for roughly 30 sec, so that the starch boils over a little bit. The tube have to be a somewhat smaller than your cock, but not too small.
Wait for the starch to cool down. You can withdraw the PVC tube by twisting it while pulling. The starch will glue to the tube but still you can pull it out and leave a tunnel in it. That can only means success.
You have to make a small hole at the bottom of the cup to let the air out when you pump. The starch will block the pump from time to time and became very noise. You can make a bigger hold and worry about reusing the cup next time.
When you charge fast, there's a lot of resistance. When you pull out fast, there's a lot of suction, but the starch stays in place, ready for your next charge. You can do it fast with very pleasant feeling, no hurting. When ;you move in and out slowly, it's like a blow job.
The best is, you can do it hand free. Next time I'll see how to mount it on the table top.
No more jelly and grass jelly because they melt.
This is the picture of the fleshlight I made, AFTER I had sex with it. You can see my cum in it. Sorry about that.

Another homemade Fleshlight material comparison
I tried another grass jelly like material called cool fruit. It is a can like grass jelly, but looked exactly like jello. This time I used a 3/4" wood drill bit to make a hole in the middle. The advantage of grass jelly like material can be seen in the drilling. The drill bit carves into the jelly like wood, making a well defined hole. I then wobble the drill bit at the top of the whole to make it a little large to custom fit.
The hole makes a lot of difference. I can insert easily with some force, a bit like inserting into pussy. The jelly will surround your cock and squeeze it. The best is you can pull out with very good stimulation. As you get harder you can exert more force and penetrate deeper into the smaller hole at the bottom of the can.
I had a good climate, with simulated penetration standing up with the can resting on the table edge. After a lot of abuse, the jelly didn't break, and the hole didn't even get any larger. Because the hole isn't too small, I can pull out easily with pulling out the jelly from the can.
So far this the best. I can mount the can on the table top for hand free operation. You can drain the can a little and most of the residue liquid will be gone. So there's not much mess but not exactly dry.
I made the full size fleshlight with potato starch. It was untended but I used the 1:5 mixture of starch and water. I made it in a plastic cup with 500 ml volume. I made the hole using the drill but it's like drilling into glue. The hole is not well defined because the starch clink onto the drill bit.
But anyway I can get in with a stiff cock. The penetration is OK. The squeezing sensation is OK. But you can really pull out because the starch is clinging onto your cock. Since you can pull out you can't charge. When I pull out I pull out the starch from the cup. It's really like the fleshlight in youtube. But you can't go up and down because of the stickiness. But the starch held together OK so I can squeeze my cock with both of my hands. I can move up and down a bit even the starch is all sticky.
It's a bit of wait for the center of the fleshlight to cool down after in the microwave. You need to bring the starch and water to boil to activate the starch. At the moment it's messier than grass jelly because the starch is not evenly cooked. The top fell off first. Then more pieces break away when I was exercising;.
Will try the 2:5 mixture to see if I can drill a nice hole in it.

Grass jelly isn't so good
I had a good experience with grass jelly, so I tested it again. This time I got a white version instead of black. It smell and taste of almond.
I put the can in warm water first, hoping that it will be body temperature. Otherwise it's a bit too cool. Maybe because of this, the thing shrink a little and the whole trunk of jelly can slide out easily out of the can. The good thing is that if you drain the water, it's not messy you may not need anything to absorb any dripping liquid.
Again I drill a pilot hole in the middle. I also added a few cuts around the hole, hoping that it looks like a pussy slit.
At first it's good, slippery and tight. Once after you are in, soon you feel that there's lack of friction or pressure. Otherwise you can simulate charging without being hurt, and you can pull out and get a good suction.
When you charge you have the problem of compressing the air when there's no way out. When you pull out, you have to hold the jelly to prevent it from coming out from the can.
Because of the lack of friction and pressure, I took the jelly out of the can, and put it around my cock. Using my hand to apply pressure all around the jelly feels good, and you get increased friction and suction when you masturbate. However, the whole jelly block disintegrate soon, along the cuts that I made to resemble slit in the pussy.
With the right size insert hole, air escape route, lid to hold the jelly in the can, it can satisfy at least some of your needs.

Another corn starch fleshlight attempt
I made another attempt to make a proper fleshlight out of corn starch to see if it's a hoax or for real. This time I use a good size cup, a 3" diameter plastic cup from fast food joints, and deep enough for my cock. The proportion of starch to water I don't know because of some confusion. But I did some other experiments after. I put the mixture in microwave and wait for it to boil. When the mixture is solid enough, I insert a plastic stick in the middle and microwave a little more.
When the stuff cooled, like 30 min, I took out the stick. The shape seem to be solid, but it's a bit gluey around the stick. So I waited for it to dry or solidify completely. So it happened I left it overnight.
The next day, the fleshlight is good to hold, and nice to touch. Dry and smooth at the outside and feels soft and moist in the middle. But actually it's dry. The problem is, you can't insert. If you are somewhat bigger than the hole you are out of luck. But if you make it too soft, you are like inserting into a paste and you can expect nothing much will happen.
So even thought the plastic cup is expandable, I cannot expand the hole and insert. So I took the whole fleshlight out of the cup. I managed to insert completely inside
Without the cup, you can't do much about the corn starch. It feels good, but you can't masturbate, can't squeeze. The starch began to disintegrate into pieces.
Here's the experiments I did after. I tried corn starch and potato starch. Corn starch is milky white and tasteless while potato starch is transparent, with a little potato smell and taste. I put the starch mixture into the microwave just for it to boil and then use water cooling on the outside of the container. Using 1 volume of starch to 5 volume of water, both are jelly like, sticky, and you can insert your finger with ease. The jelly do not come off with your finger. Twice that, 2:5 in the potato starch to water ratio, it look similar but you can hardly insert your finger into the starch.
So there's still possibilities. At least breast making is promising.
For the starch, I measure using milk powder scoops which are 20 ml. For water I use half a 200 ml cup. Making large volumes of starch will be somewhat different than making small volumes. Potato starch have the tendency to settle at the bottom, making it harder there. Corn starch is probably more even.
